Antonia Richardson owns and operates Mercury Project in San Antonio, Texas, an art gallery, professional artist studios, and space for all things creative, featuring artists, film makers, music, photography and performance art. Mercury Project hosts painting workshops, art talks and critiques to share and develop the artist community. Antonia was born in Seguin, Texas and raised along the verdant Guadalupe River were she quietly discovered Nature’s play of light, shadow, color and shape. After working in various mediums and styles in her youth, Antonia studied classical oil, water color, design, mixed media, drawing, and portraiture at San Antonio College and Southwest School of Art, ultimately focusing on painting.
