We Live Here

We Live Here, a youth-led, pop-up photo event featuring the work of 6th grade photographers on San Antonio’s East Side. For weeks, these kids – members of the Light Catchers Society photography club at Booker T. Washington Elementary – have been documenting the place where they live and how it’s shifting in the wake of the East Side’s economic development and related social change. For one night, we get to see their work and hear their stories.
