Burgerteca transforms this piece of Americana and showcases Mexico’s interior in a creative and fun environment. Our burgers capture interior Mexico by use of indigenous ingredients, distinct styles and regional iconic and celebratory dishes.
Burgerteca also celebrates Mexico’s ice cream, frozen popsicles (paletas) and shaved ice (raspas). These items are synonymous with day to day life in Mexico and you will not find a plaza in Mexico without all of them.
